Size Beppy Cup

How do you insert a Beppy Cup?

1. Fold the Beppy Cup together and insert the cup into the vagina. Inserting the Beppy Cup takes some practice, just like using contact lenses.
2. Push the Cup further into the vagina with two fingers. (The cup cannot possibly disappear into your body!)
3. Thanks to the soft material, the Beppy Cup takes on the shape of your body.
4. Check whether the Beppy Cup is open by touching the bottom of the cup; it should be flat.
5. Wear the cup for a maximum of 8 hours.
6. To remove the cup, place your index finger between the wall of your vagina and the side of the cup, and place another finger in the loop. Push the side of the cup in with your index finger to break the vacuum. Then pull the cup out of your vagina via the loop.

What else do you need to know?

If you are using a menstrual cup for the first time, it is recommended to start with the Beppy Cup. Instructions

1. Take 1 or 2 drops of neutral cup soap and place it on the menstrual cup.
2. Take an appropriate amount of clean water.
3. Gently scrub the menstrual cup with the soap.
4. Rinse with cold water.

Disinfect in just 3 easy steps!

1. Add water to the edge of the hole in the Beppy Steamer.
2. Place your menstrual cup in the Beppy Steamer.
3. Press the button and wait 6-8 minutes!

Note: When the 8 minutes have passed, the top part of the lid may be very hot. Let it cool down for a few minutes.

The Beppy Steamer automatically stops sterilizing when the water has dried. Wait until the Beppy Steamer is completely cold after removing the lid.

Safety precautions

1. To avoid body burns caused by boiling water and steam, please close the lid when using the sterilizer, keep children away from the product.
2. Do not go near the steam vents when the appliance is on to avoid burns.
3. Do not put the non-heat-resistant objects into the sterilizer to avoid damage to the objects.
4. When cleaning the product, remove the plug from the socket. Further clean the cup with a clean soft cloth with water or alcohol. Avoid using organic solvents such as gasoline.
5. Do not disassemble or repair the product in case of damage to the product.
